We are looking for a talented and valued recruiter colleague who want to make the move into the IT Recruitment Manager Role. This exciting role will suit those recruiters with an entrepreneurial spirit for the new project we develop.
• Leading and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions at all levels;
• Determining the recruitment strategy for attracting the best candidates;
• Develop candidate pipeline by discovering untapped sources of talent through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. social media, sourcing events, creative advertising, etc.);
• Design and implement accurate and timely recruitment reporting to ensure that visibility of recruitment campaigns are available;
• Ensure other employees administration processes.
• University degree: advanced degree preferred;
• IT Recruitment background, have a minimum of 3 to 4 years IT recruitment experience;
• Deep knowledge of IT recruiting strategies and processes;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian/Russian;
• The desire to work in a fast paced IT environment.
