StarNet is hiring an experienced Director of B2B Sales Department. Want to join a talented, creative group of professionals? This position is a highly visible, key role within our organization, being responsible managing the development of the B2B segment.
• Develops and implements B2B sales strategy and annual integrated marketing plan and budget – driving the key objectives and strategies;
• Manages and motivates the team and develop a long-term plan for B2B sales team structure and growth;
• Analyzes performance trends, understands levers impacting performance and provides consistent and sustainable coaching to the team;
• Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place;
• Owns and executes on sales performance targets;
• Drives consistent sales growth from multiple channels;
• Understands the full operational and customer life-cycle to drive consistent and sustainable sales processes;
• Develops and implements sales enablement drivers (CRM tools, technology, and other resources) that positively impact performance and/or operational efficiencies;
• Identifies the customer characteristics (e.g., size, industry, maturity) that determine segments for the purpose of sales engagement and a define the programs accordingly;
• Creates and analyses market reports to identify opportunities and threats and suggests action planning accordingly;
• Provides regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and business results;
• Other duties as assigned.
• Higher education in Economy, Telecommunication, or related fields. MBA preferred;
• At least 7+ and above years of experience in commercial area;
• Demonstrated capacity for developing and leading promotional and marketing strategies;
• Understands customer priorities, market trends and opportunities;
• Experience with sales database systems;
• Teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, integrity;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian & English.
